Indian Conference on Life Cycle Management

Indian Conference on Life Cycle Management

The ILCM (Indian Conference on Life Cycle Management) is a biennial event and is organized by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI).

The conference is a meeting point for the Indian and international LCA community and has established itself as one of the most sought-after events in South Asia and aims to explore the applicability of Life Cycle Thinking (LCT) in enabling transition towards a truly sustainable economy.

The next ILCM will take place in 2020. We from the ifu Institute for Environmental IT Hamburg are also planning to be present at this event again.

We will of course keep you informed as soon as further information is available.

Review ILCM 2018

The last ILCM took place on 04/05 October 2018 in Mumbai and focused on the significance of Life Cycle knowledge to help classify/identify innovative/applied sustainability content. Among the participants were stakeholders from government, industry and academia.

ifu Hamburg and iPoint were jointly presented at this event. Our colleague Martina Prox actively shaped the program and held a presentation on "How Life Cycle Information will be used in a Digital Circular Economy?".

You can download the presentation below.

Further information on the conference can be found on the official website of the ILCM 2018.
